1. Adaptation of the plasma spray system for highest performance ceramic coating

    It adopts the most advanced 100HE high-power supersonic and high-enthalpy plasma thermal spray system from America. It optimizes the spray process and coating performance, because of its advanced closed-loop power automatic control system and precise automatic means of feeding powder. Meanwhile, it has the higher PE, higher speed, higher power of plasma arc and heat transfer performance. Combined with a robot hand, it can ensure the super anti-friction ceramic coating with consistent anti-corrosion, denser, harder and higher combined strength performance.

2.  Adopt the high-power single Mode Ytterbium Fiber Lasers engraving system

    Compared with traditional CO_² and YAG laser, single Mode Ytterbium Fiber Lasers engraving systems can collect more power.  With the technology of CNC multi-laser engraving, this fiber laser can engrave a straighter and smoother cell which can transfer more ink.

    Because of the multiple engraving methods, it manipulates laser energy to each cell during the engraving process. After the initial engraving additional laser energies are redirected to re-melt, collapse, recast and refine the cell shape, which makes the cell smoother and easier to clean. It can provide more volume and ink-transfer selection for anilox screen counts greater then 500L/inch which meets the demands of high-speed flexographic printing. Moreover, the actual engraving time for each cell is one in ten required by a CO^₂ laser. This shorter engraving time reduces the time that heat is concentrated on the ceramic coating during the formation of each cell which  minimizes the production of the molten material that forms recast. The result is a much smoother roller surface that allows a doctor blade to do its job effectively and with less wear to ensure the uniform ink and its consistent transfer.
